Letter to future self.

Dear Future Self (Jenna DeAbreu),
It must have been difficult to get to where you are today. I hear you just finished your Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Photography exactly like you wanted to! Where are you living now? Still at home or have you flown from the nest? Either way, how was Africa? I hear that you got some awesome shots! I really hope you are still determined to make it into National Geographic like you always wanted to. I know you can do it if you just believe in yourself. Keep sending them your shots and one day they will respond. How is the family? I hear Amanda just had her second kid! I bet you are the best Aunt Michael, and Jenny could ask for. They may not appreciate all the shots you take of them right now, but eventually they will understand the importance of documenting their life as children.  How is the family planning going? Any men catching your eye? ;) Or are you still with your high school sweetheart? Either way never settle for less, make sure that man tells you how special you are everyday! I hope that you are still talking to your parents. How about your dad? I know that the distance was hard, it was even hard for you when you were 17. But now you are 22 now, and I understand you are travelling a lot and busy trying to find a job, which is very difficult these days with this quickly downspiralling economy. So does that mean you have no time for family anymore? I hope you are still talking to him, as he is coming up on retirement he is going to have a bunch of free time that I bet you any money he would love to spend with his youngest child, as you are the only one not busy with starting your own family. How’s your mom? Is John still making her crazy? I hope and pray that you have gotten away from that hell hole, Longos. If not please do it now, before you become more attached. Some things don’t ever change though, so I wouldn’t doubt that you are still working there. Anyways, time for me to go. I hope your future brings good things! Love always!

                                                                                                                          Sincerely, Your past self.

Canada, from the P.O.V of Americans.

Have you ever wondered how the USA views Canada? Watch this video and find out. Is there anything that you have said about Americans that you wish you could take back now? Americans seem to only have good things to say about Canada in this video, but from my experience we have many bad things to say about Americans. So do you think that they really do say bad things about us behind our back? Or are they just proud to be not only our neighbours, but our friends? Either way I think that we should be more grateful to be allies with them as they clearly are grateful about that fact. So next time you are thinking about saying something bad about them, think about this video and all the things they say about us.
Ratatouille starring Patton Oswalt, Ian Holm, Lou Romano, and Peter Sohn brings in the big bucks with a rating of 8.1 stars out of 10. Who wouldn't want to see the movie with all the good messages saying that no matter who you are you can do whatever you put your mind to. Kids and parents will all love this animation for the great storyline and hidden comedy. Am I the only one who thought that after this movie I could cook anything? Well if not I guess its not true. I can cook anything as long as I learn the recipe first, but just a note that I am not as good of a cook as Remy is. My rating for this movie is 8.5 stars out of ten. Way to cook your way to the top Ratatouille. :)
